1. Cancellation by Customer

    ❌ No refund if nurse/caregiver has already arrived/dispatched

2. Cancellation by CareVibe

In cases of staff unavailability or operational issues:

  • βœ… Full 100% refund issued

3. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Delays due to bank/payment gateway are beyond our control.

4. Refund for Prepaid Packages

  • Pro-rata refund will be given for unused services

  • Deductions may include service fees & taxes

  • No refund for used or partially used services unless service quality is compromised
